In the event of a cancel of Retail Order or Small Order: Once Buyer Paid the Amount, We will do an order confirmation call on the Registered Contact Number from our side within 24 Hours. Order Cannot Be Cancelled after on-call Order Re-Confirmation. However, we will deliver the Order. OUR RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY CEASE AS SOON AS THE GOODS LEAVE OUR PREMISES.

Refund and Return Policy for Retail Order or Small Order: The product must be returned to us within THREE days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Once the Product is received by the company successfully, Team will check and update the customer for return,refund or replacement, The Nature International will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund in case of return accepted

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for Bulk Order: Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order processed no cancellation request will be entertained after 24 hours. OR Customers can CANCEL the order only before the confirmation call. Shipping & Delivery Policies -The Nature International ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48* hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers or logistics service partners, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

For other areas, the products will be shipped through IndiaPost.gov.in and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which The Nature International is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as The Nature International continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, The Nature International reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refunds the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

International shipping policy - The Nature International ships its products to almost all parts of the world. Orders placed will be shipped within 72* hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National and International Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers or Logistics Partners, the delivery time would be within 8 to 10 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays) subject to distance and mode of shipping.
